Question: How could I get samples?
Answer: We can supply you free samples (Total value under 30US dollars) if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. If the total value of samples is more than 30US dollars, we’d like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight.
We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment.
If you don’t have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T or western union payment.
Question: How to ship our products to you?
Answer: You are always advised the customers to choose DHL if their order is not so large; if their order is large,by air maybe can save a lot of shipping cost. And the shipping cost depending on the total weight of your order.
Question: How can we become your sole distributor?

Question: Warranty
Answer: If the goods have quality problem, we will instead the new one to you within 3 months, of course, we have to get the faulty goods returned at first, then we send the new ones to you with your next new order. Within 1 year, we can repair them for you free of charge, if it is no need to change the important part.
Question: How to place an order?
Answer: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma invoice for your order.
We need to know the following information for your order:
A. Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
B, Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
C. Delivery time required
D. Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
E.Forwarder’s contact details if there’s any in China or Hong Kong.
Question: What’s your usual payment term for orders?
Answer: We accept terms of T/T, L/C at sight or west union payment.
Question: How about the delivery time?
Answer: Usually 7-14days for a trial order or small order.
25-30days for a large order or container order.
We will specify a delivery time before you order. If we meet difficulties during production and could not ship to them in time, we will inform you in advance and tell you the causes.
Question: .What’s the warranty of your products and how about the after-sale service?
Answer: From 6 months to 2 years, depending on the products.
We will tell you a specific warranty when you order from us.

Question: Do you accept OEM and print our logo or company name on these package box we order from you?
Answer: Yes, OEM and ODM is welcome. But sometimes we will set a MOQ for OEM order.
Question: May I go to China and visit your factory and know more before I order?
Answer: Yes, you are welcome! Contact us in advance before you visit.
Question: May I only buy a few pieces of your products or several samples to test?
Answer: Yes, you are also welcome! Usually we do not limit a MOQ, just decide the QTY by yourself and your sales.
Question: How about the quality?
Answer: In order to get a reliable quality products, please tell and list all your product quality requirements and standard your market requested before we produce the samples for you. Usually the sample quality is agreed by both of us. So-me items have CE, GS or FCC Approval, but not all. Tell us if you need a special approval in your market. We prefer to supply a reliable quality products to our customers and do not Compete by a lower price immolating the quality.
Question: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Answer: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

If you buy some samples, usually we will offer you a CIF price.
Question: How can I get your price list and Catalogues?
